1. Le Yu adapted advance management principle and takes each household servant as a special employee in the company and then makes up Le Yu Household Servant Regulation to restrict each household servant.
2. Through requirement from each household servant’s personal information, reference letter, working experience letter, or training certificate etc., we can evaluate each domestic helper according each client’s specific requirement then provides most reliable and suitable domestic helper to our clients.
3. Through regularly or irregularly on-phone survey or visiting in person to communicate mostly with our client and household servant, to supervise our services quality in order to maintain continually management on the domestic helper and improve their service quality to clients accordingly.
4. We are planning to launch effective training programme, which focus on to improve Expatriate’s Services Principle and Expatriate’s Lifestyle and General Knowledge, and English Skills in pursuit of best service quality and satisfaction of clients.
5. Through pursuing in Happiness Giving and Worry-Free’ s services culture, to manage the Household Consultant team and to building up the customers satisfaction orientation corporate culture! |
