Le Yu launch the innovative three phrases on our clients, in the first phrase, out clients can have up-to 5 working days of probation period on our domestic helpers without sign a contract or any payment. Therefore, our client can freely check all aspect of the appointed domestic helper in order to make sure their capability and suitability.
4. Once our client will satisfied with domestic helper’s work after the probation days, a formal contract need to be signed among the three parties.(The employer, the employee, and Le Yu’s company) our services come into the second phrase, in which our client will have three month of Free-Changed Period, which is to say, during the first three month after starting day of the contract. If you will not satisfy with a-yi’s services, Le Yu still will change another a-yi for your families with free charge.
5. At the third phrase, which it to say, after the three month of Free-Changed period, if your domestic helper can not continually serve for your family due to some their own reason ( Like her sickness, or emergency of her family member, or others .) Le Yu Home Services will still change another a-yi for your family to fill the vacancy until the time of the contract will be expired.) However, if it is due to your own reason (Like the long holiday leaving or any other reason , which result i n that the a-yi can not continually serve for your family, we will not change the servant for you on the free-charge base, the services actually will be charged on that base.)
