Le Yu Home Services Co,Ltd. is located in Shanghai.We localize the advanced principles
and philosophy in service industry in the western countries to best satisfy foreigners
and foreign families in Shanghai.
Service programs are:
Cleaning ayi, baby-sitter, driver, driver with car, Filipino nanny, consultation, Housekeeper, Nanny,
Household Training, Household English Training,paying the bills, etc.
The process of our service is:
1.Client Enquiry/ to Register on the website and Leave the Message/ Or Email to Enquiry/ Or Calling to Company/ Or visiting in Person
2. We search for the most suitable candidates for the clients in 2 days.
Then we organize the interview for the both sides.
3.One weeks trial for every client. At the same time, we sign the contract when the trial starts and we charge the commission fee from the client.The 90% of the salary every client provides is to be paid to the domestic helper and the other 10% is regarded
as our management fee.
4.We also provide the freecharge period for the client. During this period, we can change the domestic helper without any fee according to the condition.If the domestic helper quits the job or the client is not satisfied with the domestic helper,
we will change another one in 2 days.
5.Our service fee: 50% of monthly salary shall be paid when contract is signed. The domestic helperĄ¯s salary goes to our company directly.
For Filipino nanny, we charge 100% of the helper's salary as the commission fee.
